I think this is my Aunt Mary in Chicago after the winter blast! Holy...that is what we looked like last year! My Uncle David said schools were closed for two days. Let me just say they most certainly are better prepared for this sort of thing; when we had snowmaggedon in 2008 the schools were closed for over 1 week and even the government (that's me!) was home for an entire week! I was hoping for some snow this year enough for one extra day off but now I just want winter to end.
I think we are all really looking forward to spring. It is really beautiful in Washington DC in the spring. Come and see the Cherry Blossoms!
