Dinner tonight

Lemongrass chicken, grilled pineapple and wet rice. No, it is not supposed to be wet! I have been banned from cooking all things Asian. Though I received a slight compliment from the Asian tonight, so it must have been better than last time. Or maybe he was just starrrrrvvinngg.  note: there is no green on the plate; I had nothing to do with that. Eat your veggies please!                                         Next time I make rice it will be my BFF Andrea's Brasilian style. Yummy!
