Hurricane Sandy
Hurricane Sandy hit the Mid-Atlantic coast with strong winds and heavy rain. We are very fortunate here in Alexandria, VA so far, there is very little damage and we have our power.
Flooding is expected with high tide later today and many others are faced with very serious damage.
We are thinking of them and pray for their safety during recovery.
We are pretty good at hunkering down though this time we did not laze around filling our day with mindless television, we made fresh pasta!
