Venice is one of the most beautiful cities.  It is brimming with art and gorgeous architecture; a special place with a long history of trading and the influences of other cultures are still felt today.  If you visit, it is best to pick a day to be spontaneous, go for a long walk, its ok because even if you think your lost...your not. Maybe do a little reading and listen to the water lapping against the canal walls or stop for a coffee and enjoy the people passing by.  Around every corner there is something that will surprise and delight you about this magical, romantic and often mysterious floating city.   

Superbowl Sunday

 

Yes, one of the biggest American sporting events is this Sunday, Superbowl.  Some of us love it for the game GO GIANTS!
And some of us for the fabulous commercials. 
Whatever your fancy it is usually a fun event.

Below is a link to one of my favorite Superbowl commercials, the FED EX munchkin land ad.
Maybe you will remember it?  The commercial was shown  once on Superbowl Sunday and never again.  It was pulled for suggesting inhalation of helium. I still think its great and really didn't you know a kid in school who did this?  We live in a very
sensitive world...I'm not condoning it but I am sure there are worse things. 
Oh how I do love The Wizard of Oz!
